Houserules
Parking: Parking is available on our property in the designated areas.
BBQ: BBQ is available in the designated grilling area.
Pets: Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
Smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the building and around the entrance.
Quiet time: Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please do not wear shoes during the rest of the day. This is to minimize noise pollution.
Party: is not allowed.
Check-in and check-out: Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out is by 10:30 AM.
Waste disposal: There is one trash can in each room. However, we greatly appreciate it if our guests help with waste sorting and also use the various containers next to the house.
In case of breakage: If something breaks or gets lost, please let us know. In many cases, we will resolve it together. In other cases, it will be transferred to your insurance company. If you do not inform us, you will automatically receive an invoice.
