Cancellation conditions

If a reservation made through this website or in person via email, verbally, or by phone is canceled, cancellation fees will be charged.

We apply the following cancellation fees:

* Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking: no fee; (except for bookings made within 48 hours of arrival date)

* Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before arrival: NOK 300

* Cancellations made 6 to 4 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total price;

* Cancellations made 4 weeks to 48 hours before arrival: 70% of the total price;

* Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival: 100% of the total price.

You will receive an invoice for payment of the (remaining) cancellation fees. Amounts already paid are non-refundable.

Reservations made through a third-party booking platform, such as Booking.com and Expedia.com, are non-refundable. The cancellation fee is 100% of the booking amount.

If you fail to arrive within 24 hours of the agreed-upon date without further notice, this will be considered a cancellation (no-show). In that case, you will be charged the full total amount.
